Our Mission
The Guam Chapter of The National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) is an association of Home Inspectors, organized to promote the professional, educational and social development of its members, all licensed home inspectors, the real estate community and the public at large. We will strive to raise the level of awareness, education and professionalism of our members and to provide the public with the most comprehensive and complete home inspection services possible.
WARNING:
1) Guam does not have any laws requiring sellers to provide disclosure statements or to divulge any known problems with the building or lot.
2) Unlike in the states, having a home inspected is not a standard practice here in Guam. It will be up to you to find an inspector.
3) Guam does not regulate or certify home inspectors. This allows anyone with a flashlight and a stepladder to pass themselves off as a "home inspector" much to the disappointment of the trusting homebuyer.
